Implement and oversee Service Cloud functionalities including case management, knowledge base setup, and automation. Supervise and optimize CI/CD processes by leveraging contemporary DevOps technologies. Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and Salesforce protocols. Cooperate with diverse teams to ensure prompt delivery of top-notch projects. Essential Skills & Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
