PRT Hindi Teacher

Position Overview:

Spartan International School is seeking a committed, child-friendly, and passionate Primary Hindi Teacher to join our growing academic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to make learning Hindi joyful, interactive, and meaningful for students in Grades I to V. We are looking for someone who can nurture a love for the language while supporting students' academic growth in a values-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Hindi lessons as per the school's curriculum and pedagogy standards.
• Encourage reading, writing, and speaking skills through creative classroom strategies.
• Design lesson plans with focus on concept clarity, vocabulary development, and grammar.
• Use interactive activities like role plays, poems, stories, and projects to reinforce learning.
• Maintain student records and share updates during parent-teacher interactions.
• Participate actively in teacher training, workshops, school assemblies, and academic audits.
• Uphold Spartan’s values of discipline, respect, and excellence in all classroom interactions.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• Graduate in Hindi (B.A. Hindi or equivalent)
• B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. with specialization in Hindi (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Hindi at the primary level
• Excellent command over spoken and written Hindi
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong classroom management and child engagement techniques
• Ability to integrate digital tools and teaching aids
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach towards young learners
