Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Hindi Teacher (PRT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students of primary classes (I to V), fostering a love for the language, and building strong language skills in reading, writing, and speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in line with the curriculum for primary classes (Grades I to V).
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities that align with the school’s academic goals.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and regular assessments.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior as per the school's code of conduct.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on student progress.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to school events, functions, and co-curricular activities.
• Integrate technology in teaching for better student engagement and learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or relevant subject (B.A. in Hindi).
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferably mandatory).
• Minimum 2-4 years of teaching experience in a school setup.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about teaching young children and helping them grow academically and emotionally.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and tools.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, online teaching platforms).
• Enthusiasm for participating in cultural and literary activities.
