Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher (PRT) – English to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a love for language, and the ability to foster reading, writing, and speaking skills in young learners (Classes I to V).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to primary school students.
• Develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through creative and activity-based methods.
• Prepare lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum and academic standards.
• Assess student performance through observations, classwork, tests, and assignments.
• Maintain a positive, student-friendly classroom environment that encourages learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic and behavioral progress.
• Participate in school functions, events, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Incorporate use of technology (Smart Boards, online tools) to enhance classroom learning.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in English (B.A./M.A.) from a recognized university.
• D.El.Ed or B.Ed / NON D.El.Ed OR B.Ed
• FRESHERS / 1–3 years of teaching experience in primary classes (preferred).
• Excellent command over English language (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with age-appropriate teaching strategies and tools.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CBSE/ICSE school curriculum.
• Knowledge of phonics, storytelling, and grammar-teaching techniques.
• Ability to create lesson plans, worksheets, and creative learning materials.
• Comfortable with integrating digital learning tools in the classroom.
