The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and producing high-quality UPVC windows. Key Responsibilities: Technician: 1. Machine operation and maintenance: Operate and maintain machinery, including welding machines, cutting machines, and assembly lines. 2. Quality control: Inspect and test UPVC windows to ensure they meet quality standards. 3. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with machinery and equipment. 4. Production planning: Assist in planning and scheduling production to meet customer demands. 5. Safety and hygiene: Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Trainee: 1. Learning and development: Learn about UPVC window manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment. 2. Assisting technicians: Assist experienced technicians with machine operation, maintenance, and quality control. 3. Production support: Support production team in assembling and testing UPVC windows. 4. Quality awareness: Understand and implement quality control measures. Requirements: 1. Education: 12th pass, Diploma, Bachelors degree, ITI or vocational training (for trainees). 2. Experience: Relevant experience in manufacturing or maintenance (for technicians).
