Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Desktop Publishing Specialist. The Desktop Publishing Specialist will design and create a variety of materials including corporate presentations, brochures, and other documents. Responsibilities include managing desktop publishing software, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with internal teams to align materials with company goals. The role may involve creating and refining visual layouts and graphics to support educational and corporate objectives. Qualifications Experience in Desktop Publishing, with a strong ability to manage and operate desktop publishing software effectively. Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, including creating visually appealing content and layouts. Experience in developing marketing and educational materials like Brochures and other collateral. Knowledge of Corporate Identity principles to ensure all materials align with branding standards will be preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with working in educational or life sciences industries is a plus.
