eDiscovery Specialist Gurugram 5 - 10 years INR 5.0 - 15.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eDiscovery specialist to join our Legal & Investigation Technology team. This individual will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electronic data in legal matters, including processing, hosting, review management, and production. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of eDiscovery best practices, experience with leading processing platforms, and a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively. Role & Responsibilities Processing: Collect, format, and process electronically stored information (ESI) from various sources using platforms like Relativity, Cellebrite, Nuix, or similar. Apply data deduplication, culling, and filtering techniques to optimize review sets. Ensure adherence to chain of custody protocols and data security best practices. Hosting: Manage eDiscovery platforms and ensure smooth operation and performance. Upload and configure data sets for review in accordance with project requirements. Provide technical support to reviewers and legal teams regarding platform functionality. Review Management: Configure review workflows and assign access control lists (ACLs) based on project needs. Perform quality control checks on processed data and user activities. Create and maintain review sets based on search terms and other criteria. Train reviewers on platform functionality and best practices. Production: Generate final production sets in accordance with court orders or agreed-upon formats. Apply redactions, Bates numbering, and other necessary markings. Ensure productions are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery. Additional Responsibilities: Stay up to date on evolving eDiscovery regulations and best practices. Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to project discussions. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all activities performed. Provide technical support to legal team and other stakeholders. Available to support the client under 24*7 process. Handled a team of 4 to 6 members during shift hours. Preferred candidate profile: Working knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and workflows. Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. MUST HAVE: Certification in Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA). Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in information technology or Legal Studies. 5-10 years of relevant work experience in eDiscovery. Proven experience with processing platforms like Relativity, Cellebrite or Nuix.

Associate/ Sr. Associate- Contract Lifecycle Management gurugram 2 - 7 years INR 3.0 - 7.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Preferred Candidate Profile: We are looking for a legally trained and detail-oriented Associate/ Sr. Associate to join our team and support contract lifecycle management (CLM) engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in legal operations, contract management, or CLM integration projects. This role focuses on supporting legal teams in streamlining and digitizing contract workflows, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency across contract processes. Incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders and client legal departments to assist in legal review, standardization of contract templates, clause library development, and post-execution contract management activities Role & Responsibilities: 1) Template Standardization: Assist in reviewing, rationalizing, and updating contract templates (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) for consistency, legal compliance, and ease of automation in CLM platforms. 2) Clause Library Development: Help build and maintain clause libraries by identifying frequently used clauses, preferred language, fallback positions, and alternative provisions. 3) Contract Review & Drafting: Review third-party paper for legal and commercial risks, and draft standard agreements in line with organizational playbooks and client preferences. 4) Contract Abstraction: Extract key metadata, clauses, obligations, and renewal dates from executed agreements for input into CLM systems. 5) Contract Data Migration: Participate in legacy contract review and clean-up activities to support migration into CLM systems, including validation and quality control of legal data. 6) CLM Implementation Support: Collaborate with legal teams and implementation partners to support contract process digitization, including legal input on workflow design, approval structures, and clause logic. 7) Playbook Alignment: Work with clients to align contract language and workflows with internal playbooks and legal risk thresholds. 8) Lifecycle Support: Provide support across pre-execution and post-execution contract stages including negotiations, approvals, execution, renewal, and termination. 9) Knowledge Management: Assist in developing knowledge assets such as contract guidelines, clause usage rules, and FAQ documents to support contract teams. 10) Reporting & Analysis: Generate legal-specific reports from CLM systems such as clause deviation tracking, risk flags, and renewal alerts. Qualification & Certifications: Education: Bachelors degree in law (LL.B) Candidates with additional certifications in Legal Operations, Legal Tech, or CLM platforms are a plus. Work Experience : 2 to 8 years of experience working in a legal department, law firm, or managed legal services environment with direct involvement in contract review, standardization, or CLM-related legal process improvement initiatives. Mandatory Skills : Familiarity with CLM platforms (e.g. ContractPodAi, Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, SirionLabs) and understanding of legal workflows in digital tools Eligibility Criteria : Candidates only with proven Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) work experience need to apply for this job.
