Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting tasks including Bank Reconciliations, AP, AR, and Journal Entries . Maintain General Ledger , post transactions, and support month-end/year-end closing . Prepare and review Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) as per US GAAP . Reconcile discrepancies related to tenant payments, vendor invoices, and property expenses . Record all property-related transactions including maintenance costs, taxes, insurance , etc. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports with variance analysis (Budget vs Actual). Provide key financial metrics such as NOI, Cap Rate, ROI for management decisions. Support preparation of property tax filings, vendor 1099s , and other compliance documents. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting , and financial planning. Work with US teams to understand processes and recommend improvements. Assist in cash flow forecasting to maintain liquidity for operations and debt servicing. Clear unreconciled items and prepare bank reconciliation reports for deposits/undeposited funds. Collaborate with property managers, financial analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Required Qualifications Commerce Graduate (mandatory). Strong knowledge of US Accounting , US GAAP , property tax rules, and IRS requirements. 24 years of Property Management Accounting or Real Estate Accounting experience. Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, MRI Software (preferred). Proficiency in GL accounting, AP/AR, month-end closing , and financial reporting. Strong experience in bank reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting , and financial statements. Excellent communication skills and experience working with US-based clients/teams . Strong willingness to learn, grow, and work in a deadline-driven environment . Must be willing to work in US Night Shift (5:30 PM–2:30 AM). Must be able to work from office (Hyderabad). Mandatory Requirement Must have US Property Management Accounting experience to qualify.
