Your role overview: You will be responsible for working with SFDC Sales Cloud or Force.com in application design, architecture, and development using Salesforce.com. Additionally, you will lead/manage a work stream on enterprise implementations and act as both a functional and technical architect for Salesforce deployments. Your role will involve debugging and resolving custom components including integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, and outbound messaging. Moreover, you will provide end-to-end implementation consultancy for clients, supporting them through implementations leveraging design thinking and agile techniques. Key responsibilities: - Minimum 6 to 9 years of related experience in Salesforce - Should be a good team member - Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies - Experience with Service Cloud and Communities - Strong technical foundation with advanced structured programming - APEX, LWC, Flows, Force.com - Experience leading/managing a work stream on enterprise implementations - Ability to act as both a functional and technical architect for Salesforce deployments - Proven experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and related technologies (XML/JSON) - Working knowledge of system integration - Hands-on experience in Salesforce lightning environment - Debugging and resolving custom components including integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging - Act as an end-to-end implementation consultant for clients, navigating them through implementations leveraging design thinking and agile techniques - Provide sales support as needed including acting as a subject matter expert and potentially configuring the system for client demos with quick turnaround time - Work closely with cross-functional teams including the product center of excellence team, product development team, etc. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Qualifications required: - Minimum 6 to 9 years of related experience in Salesforce - Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies - Experience with Service Cloud and Communities - Strong technical foundation with advanced structured programming - APEX, LWC, Flows, Force.com - Proven experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and related technologies (XML/JSON) - Hands-on experience in Salesforce lightning environment,
