Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our hardware & Software sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for IT hardware products, including laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and product developments. Generate sales reports and forecasts for management review. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0–4 years of experience in B2C,B2B hardware sales or a similar role. Strong understanding of IT hardware products and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
