We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment used in the production of fabric caps. The ideal candidate should have experience in tailoring, stitching, and machine handling in a garment or headwear manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:Operate sewing machines and other textile machinery to stitch, assemble, or finish various types of fabric caps. Understand and follow patterns, templates, and quality standards for different cap styles (e.g., baseball caps, snapbacks, visors, etc.). Ensure accurate stitching, alignment, and finishing of cap panels, brims, and linings. Perform basic maintenance of machines, including threading, tension adjustments, and cleaning.
