Property Spotters is a fast-growing real estate startup on a mission to bring trust, data, and transparency into India's real estate market. We're now looking for a marketing strategy manager who can own our digital growth engine end-to-end, from performance marketing to automation to analytics. Key Responsibilities Performance marketing: Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads campaigns (lead gen, retargeting, lookalikes). Manage budgets, track CAC/ROI, and optimize continuously. SEO & organic growth: Build long-term traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and backlinks. Collaborate with content & tech teams to push ranking results. Sales intelligence & outreach: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build target lists of NRIs, CXOs, and HNIs. Design and execute outreach campaigns with measurable conversions. Automation & integrations: Set up WhatsApp API campaigns, CRM workflows, and integrations that speed up lead nurturing and follow-ups. Work closely with the sales team to shorten conversion cycles. Data & reporting: Build dashboards and presentations to track performance across channels. Translate data into actionable insights for the leadership team. Competitive & market analysis: Stay on top of digital marketing trends in real estate and adjacent sectors. Benchmark against competitors to identify gaps and new opportunities. Create PPTs for clients to present insights and strategies. Update listing platform databases with relevant information. Perform additional analysis to support marketing and business decisions.
