Job Title: Proposal Writer (Fresher) Location: Trichy (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer (Fresher) with a background in computer science to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will play a key role in developing compelling proposals and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) for our IT recruitment services. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to apply their technical knowledge in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with senior team members to gather technical information and understand client requirements for proposals. · Draft, edit, and format proposal documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to client specifications. · Utilize your computer science knowledge to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions in proposals. · Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance proposal content. · Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and supporting documents. · Assist in tracking proposal submissions, deadlines, and client feedback to ensure timely follow-up. · Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative approaches for proposal strategies. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. · Eagerness to learn about the IT recruitment industry and proposal development processes.
