Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketer to join our on-site team in Gurgaon for a full-time role. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing strategies, creating campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI. Daily tasks include managing pay-per-click (PPC) accounts, overseeing social media advertising, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on results. Collaboration with creative and content teams to develop effective ads is also a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Digital Advertising, PPC Campaigns, and Social Media Advertising Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics Tracking, and Campaign Optimization Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics Familiarity with Marketing Automation Tools, A/B Testing, Content Marketing, and Copywriting Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Previous experience in real estate, especially in digital marketing within the real estate sector, is a plus
