Job Opening: Lawyer – Real Estate Industry

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawyer to join one of our reputed Real Estate organizations.

Job Location:
Rajarhat, Akankha More, Kolkata

Salary:
Up to 30,000 (in-hand) – based on last in-hand salary

Candidate Preference:

• Male candidates preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in legal/compliance work, preferably in Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize property-related agreements and legal documents.
• Handle property verification and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions and project documentation.
• Coordinate with government offices for registration and legal formalities.
• Maintain and update records of agreements, deeds, and legal correspondence.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lawyer (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of property law, registration process, and compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle legal issues independently and efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
