Property Admin Support - Real Estate

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Admin Executive to support the backend operations of a UK-based property management firm. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Excel, organized in handling data, and comfortable communicating with international teams. What You’ll Do: Handle day-to-day admin tasks for India and UK-based properties Maintain and update property records using Microsoft Excel Assist with rent reminders, tenancy status updates, and maintenance follow-ups Keep all property-related documents organized and easily accessible Respond to tenant emails and communicate regularly with the UK operations team Support tenancy renewals, check-ins, inventory updates, and compliance logs What You Need: Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup, etc.) Good written and spoken English communication Self-driven and capable of handling repetitive administrative tasks independently Prior experience in property administration or real estate back-office work is a big plus Willingness to work according to UK business hours Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, property management, or real estate operations preferred Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable working with remote/international teams across different time zones High level of confidentiality and professionalism Fast learner, adaptable to new software/tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday UK shift Application Question(s): Do you use Advanced Excel Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
