We are looking for a MIS cum HR Executive for our Collections Department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily MIS reports, salary tracking, and updating joining documents of new employees. Responsibilities: Maintain daily collection & performance MIS in Excel. Update and track FOS attendance, targets, and recovery status. Manage hiring data and joining documents of new candidates. Coordinate with field team and management for regular updates. Prepare salary sheets and share daily/weekly reports. Requirements: ✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.) ✅ Good communication and coordination skills ✅ Experience in MIS or HR (preferred from collections or NBFC background) ✅ Must be responsible and detail-oriented
