Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitoractivities within the solar and renewable energy sectors.Analyze customer feedback and industry developments to help refinemarketing strategies.2. Campaign Development & Execution:Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print,social media, etc.) to promote solar mounting products.Coordinate product launches and promotional events to increase customerengagement.3. Content Creation & Management:Develop content for digital platforms (website, social media, emailnewsletters, blogs, etc.) that highlights product features, benefits, andapplications.Work closely with design and creative teams to produce high-quality visualsand content.4. Brand Management:Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials andcommunications.Enhance brand awareness by building strong relationships with keystakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners.5. Lead Generation & Sales Support:Generate qualified leads through marketing efforts, including digital & socialmedia, trade shows, and tele-calling.Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategiesthat convert leads into customers.6. Event Planning & Execution:Assist in organizing and attending industry trade shows, conferences, andother relevant events to showcase our products and expand businessopportunities.7. Reporting & Analytics:Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting onkey metrics and KPIs.Utilize data insights to adjust and optimize marketing strategies for maximumimpact.8. Collaborative Initiatives:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development,sales, and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with businessobjectives.Collaborate with external agencies or partners when necessary to ensureeffective execution of campaigns.Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing role, preferably within the renewableenergy, construction, or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, socialmedia, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Conversant with speaking inENGLISH & HINDI. Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools (MS Office,Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
