Prompt Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Prompt Engineer to craft, enhance, and fine-tune high-impact prompts that elevate the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI systems. The right candidate will bring a blend of AI/ML expertise, domain-specific insight, and clear communication to deliver solutions that align with both technical and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Prompt Design & Optimization

Develop, iterate, and validate prompts tailored to diverse AI models and use cases.

Explore and apply various prompting methods, including zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought approaches.

AI Model Interaction

Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to embed prompts into AI-driven products.

Assess and record model behavior, highlighting areas for refinement.

Domain & Use Case Adaptation

Adapt prompts to suit specific industries such as finance, healthcare, and customer support.

Ensure outputs meet standards for compliance, ethics, and security.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor prompt effectiveness using both quantitative and qualitative indicators.

Offer ongoing feedback to support training and tuning of prompt.

Research & Innovation

Stay ahead of emerging trends in LLMs, AI tools, and prompt engineering techniques.

Propose and apply new strategies to enhance AI interaction quality.

Qualifications

Experience 4-8 years in AI/ML, NLP, software development, or related domains, with a minimum of 2 years directly working on prompt engineering or LLM-based applications.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Python (preferred) or other scripting languages.

Experience with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.

Solid grasp of NLP fundamentals, embeddings, and model fine-tuning.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Ability to convert business needs into effective AI prompts.
