Compliance with company policies, health, and safety protocols, as well as collaborating with the marketing team for in-store promotions, will be crucial to ensure the store's success. Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. You should have 3-5 years of experience in retail management, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office.
