Job Description: As a Financial Analyst at Bobble Heads Media, your role involves ensuring timely production of financial reports, maintaining accounting structures, and implementing system controls to uphold data integrity. You will oversee invoicing, compliance with taxation requirements, and financial regulations. Collaborating with auditors, you will ensure accurate financial statements and drive efficiency projects for optimal resource utilization. Role And Responsibilities @Bobble Heads Media: - Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports promptly. - Maintain a deep understanding of accounting structures and systems. - Implement processes and system controls to safeguard transaction integrity. - Ensure compliance with local taxation requirements for clients" invoicing and vendor invoices. - Manage financial and regulatory compliances, including GST/TDS returns and annual filings. - Review month-end financial results, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries for audit-ready reporting. - Collaborate with auditors to ensure accurate financial statement representation. - Lead efficiency projects for resource optimization. - Verify, classify, compute, post, and record accounts receivable data.
