The Territory Sales Officer at Galderma will play a crucial role in achieving both primary and secondary targets consistently for the assigned HQs. You will spearhead the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth within your region effectively. Your key responsibilities will include direct retail coverage of a minimum of 30 stores daily, ensuring flawless in-store execution, and maintaining a strong retail presence in the designated territory. You will be responsible for covering a geographic area spanning across multiple cities, including outstation visits, and devising a self-journey plan for efficient beat working. It will be your duty to oversee the proper communication of promotional activities, secure optimal placement for products within stores, and manage primary/secondary sales targets for the region. Additionally, you will be tasked with planning primary and secondary targets on a monthly basis, managing distributors, appointing new distributors as needed, ensuring stock availability, handling claims efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for addressing distributor concerns, managing sales orders, and resolving customer complaints promptly to enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the ability to effectively manage distributor complaints, sales orders, and supply chain operations. Monitoring retailer preferences to align sales efforts accordingly and addressing customer complaints related to sales and service are also key aspects of this position.
