Projects Director

As a Project Director at our organization, you will be expected to have a strong background in the construction industry with 18-20 years of experience. Your primary location of work will be in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should hold a BE degree in Civil Engineering along with a PMP certification. Your responsibilities will include possessing in-depth knowledge of construction procedures and Project Management Principles. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of market rates of materials and labor, as well as proficiency in Design Review and Value engineering skills. Contract Administration, Quality Control & Quality Assurance are key aspects of this role where your expertise will be relied upon. We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership skills, who can effectively lead and manage the project team. The job code for this position is SYC/PD/BLR.
