Project Supervisor Civil and Interior Finishing

As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Your main duties will include supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site, implementing and enforcing safety regulations, developing project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will also review and interpret project plans and specifications, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in construction site supervision, proficiency in project scheduling and contract management, and knowledge of construction management principles. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and familiarity with construction management software such as Prolog and Bluebeam will be beneficial. Additionally, having a background in interior furnishing work is a plus. This is a full-time position with benefits including food provided, leave encashment, paid sick time, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The job requires a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in English and Hindi languages. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is preferred.
