• Collecting Daily Progress Reports from all the sites.

• Maintaining Cash Flow & Petty Cash of all the sites.

•Preparing BBS and Bill of Quantities.

•Candidate should know Revit software.

•Preparing Snag Lists.

•GFC Drawing & Complete Email Coordination.

•Rate Analysis as per CPWD Norms.

•Candidate should have complete knowledge of IS Codes.

•Verifying & Preparing List of Works done with billing.

•Coordinating with all the stakeholders.

•Reviewing and ensuring completness of GA,GFC Drawing.

•Preparing and making Quotations.

•Should be aware of current prevailing market rates.

•Acting as Owner’s Representative.

•Candidate should be thorough at communication & wise with construction legal terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
