Job Description

Incumbent is expected to handle mass spectrometry-based proteomics experiments, setting up cell models and biochemical assays for validating findings from human clinical samples, analysis of large proteomic datasets.

Duration

Initially for a period of one year extendable for further period subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project.

Money

Rs. 56,000/- + 30% House Rent Allowance.

Qualification

Post-graduate degree in Life Sciences / Biological Sciences with minimum 60% marks / first class or equivalent grade.
Ph.D. in Life Sciences / Biological Sciences or related field

Experience

Experience with molecular biology and biochemical assays, or mass spectrometry-based proteomics, or writing codes (in MATLAB or R) to analyze large omics-datasets.
Having publications (peer-reviewed papers or preprints) showing the experience mentioned above
