Project Program Mgmt. Senior Analyst

Role Overview: As a Project Program Management Senior Analyst at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India, you will be responsible for managing project management processes, organizing tasks with the project team, tracking tasks for timely completion, coordinating communications, managing stakeholders, aligning with the Program PMO, and onboarding new stakeholders. Your role will require experience in software projects, ITSM-IR service management, defining efficient project management processes, reporting and tracking KPIs, working in an Agile environment, and utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
