Project & Planning Manager

You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Planning Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, progress tracking, and resource optimization for projects related to Fire Protection, Surveillance, Piping Fabrication, and HVAC. The position involves a combination of on-site visits for progress validation (25%) and office-based monitoring, reporting, and coordination (75%) to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of projects. As a Project & Planning Manager (AutoCAD), the ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Fire Engineering or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in planning fire and piping projects, particularly in industries such as oil & gas, shipbuilding, or fire projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing baseline schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, monitoring site progress during on-site visits, controlling costs and resources, managing risks, and coordinating with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. You will also be expected to identify potential delays and recommend recovery plans, as well as lead and coordinate with Site Supervisors, Site Engineers, and Project Managers.
