Project & Planning Manager (Auto Cad)

As a Project Planning Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, progress tracking, and resource optimization for Fire Protection, Surveillance Projects, Piping Fabrication, and HVAC projects. Your role will involve 25% travel to project sites for progress validation and 75% office-based monitoring, reporting, and coordination to ensure on-time, cost-effective project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop baseline schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) for fire & piping fabrication projects. - Monitor site progress during travel to project sites. - Control costs and resources effectively. - Manage risks and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. - Lead and coordinate with Site Supervisors, Site Engineers, and Project Managers. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Fire Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning fire/piping projects, preferably in oil & gas, shipbuilding, or fire projects.
