Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage high-end furnishing projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing client expectations, project timelines, cost control, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and design aesthetics. Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for residential, commercial, and hospitality furnishing projects. Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, and internal teams to understand project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets. Manage procurement of materials, furniture, fabrics, soft furnishings, and ensure timely delivery. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring quality control, adherence to design specifications, and resolving any technical/site issues. Handle vendor & contractor coordination, including negotiations, work allocations, and performance monitoring. Conduct project review meetings with internal teams and clients for status updates and approvals. Manage change orders, cost variations, and maintain documentation of project progress. Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Lead and mentor junior project managers, site supervisors, and support staff. Drive project profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering premium quality. Experience: 8-12 years of project management experience in the furnishing/interior fit-out industry. Proven track record of handling large-scale furnishing projects independently. Strong knowledge of furniture, upholstery, fabrics, soft furnishings, and material sourcing. Excellent project planning, budgeting, and resource management skills. Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD / ERP systems. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
