Description
We are looking for a results-driven and 8-10 years experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, specifically in the fields of RPA, AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects while ensuring the integration of the latest automation technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including RPA developers, data scientists, process experts, and clients, to deliver impactful automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end RPA, AI, and Intelligent Automation projects, from planning to execution, delivery, and optimization. Ensure projects align with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring project requirements are met. Cross-functional Team Management: Coordinate with RPA developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution. Promote collaboration across functional areas. Agile Project Management: Implement Agile methodologies, ensuring continuous progress through sprints and iterations. Lead daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews. Scope & Budget Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, managing project budgets and resources effectively. Ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and on schedule. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively mitigate issues related to technology, delivery timelines, and resource management. Quality Assurance & Testing: Ensure that RPA and AI solutions meet high standards of quality, conducting regular reviews, testing phases, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Process Optimization: Continuously improve project management processes, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and value delivery across automation projects. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients, including progress reports, risk assessments, and recommendations. Change Management: Lead the implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of automation solutions within client organizations. Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in RPA, AI, ML, and automation technologies to ensure our solutions remain state-of-the-art.
