Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data center and infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, with a combination of on-site coordination and remote work for documentation, stakeholder communication, and project reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with expediting, logistics, inspection, and technical teams, and resolving issues that could impact project scope or delivery. The Project Manager will track procurement and vendor performance, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and prepare status updates and risk assessments for internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves optimizing processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on materials, equipment, and services to keep projects on track.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to coordinate and review quality checks, site conditions, and compliance with specifications.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle movement, storage, and timely delivery of project-related materials.
• Relevant experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel) are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is desirable; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid work settings, maintain clear communication, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
