Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, and monitor hospital construction, expansion, or digital/IT transformation projects from scoping to handover.
• Stakeholder & Clinical Coordination: Act as a bridge between C-suite executives, medical directors, doctors, nursing staff, IT teams, and external contractors.
• Budget & P&L Control: Prepare financial forecasts, manage cost tracking, negotiate vendor contracts, and mitigate financial risks.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local building codes, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards, hospital accreditation rules, and regulatory guidelines.
• Risk & Schedule Management: Track project milestones, resolve operational bottlenecks, and maintain structured governance and reporting mechanisms

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
