Job Description

Run each project: plan, dates, budget, quality and handover

Make the weekly plan, with owners, days and order-by dates for material

Go through drawings with the site team before they are released, and sort out queries with the design team

Work with procurement so material is on site before work starts

Manage contractors: written work orders, clear scope, and payments held back until snags are cleared

Track cost against budget. Any client change is put in writing and priced

Check site readiness each day (material, workers, drawings) and deal with problems, or escalate them as agreed

Do an internal snag check before the client walkthrough, and prepare the handover

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
