Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete project planning and structured execution for the event, from registration to post-race reporting.
  • Liaise with HDFC Bank, United Way Mumbai, Procam, and internal teams for approvals and compliance.
  • Lead on-ground activities, campaign visibility, branding, and donor engagement.
  • Prepare timelines, manage risks, track budgets, and generate impact reports.
