Project Manager - Geologist

As a Project Manager at Datacode Geoscience Pvt Ltd, you will be leading the Mineral Resources Mapping (MRM) Project in Odisha. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing legacy data and reports, conducting gap analysis - Identifying areas of interest (prospects) and carrying out ground follow-up - Conducting Aero geophysical Surveys (Mag, EM, Radiometric) and identifying prospective blocks from new data You will lead a team of experienced Geologists, Geophysicists, and GIS experts, with access to a pool of National and International experts. Your role also involves client management and team management. Qualifications required for this role include an M.Sc./MSc. (Tech)/M. Tech in Geology/Applied Geology. Additionally, you should have 12+ years of professional experience in: - Designing, supervising, and managing exploration projects and evaluation programs for minerals like base metals, iron ore, manganese, chromite - Coordinating with exploration agencies for historical data integration and interpretation - Planning and organizing on-site exploration activities, including drilling and sampling programs - Geostatistical analysis of geological data - Preparation of SOPs/work instructions for field exploration activities Key competencies expected from you are: - Geological interpretation on a scale of 1:50,000 or more - Extensive knowledge of exploratory drill hole planning, supervision, and sampling - QA/QC of surveying, sampling, assaying, and reporting - Hands-on experience with geology and resource modeling software like Leapfrog, Surpac, Datamine, and GIS software such as ArcGIS, MapInfo Join Datacode Geoscience Pvt Ltd to leverage advanced technology, cutting-edge services, and powerful tools to extract invaluable knowledge and insights from Geoscientific Data.,
