Project Manager Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

Location:

Job Summary:

Project Manager – E&I

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor
turnkey E&I projects
across multiple locations from the corporate office.
Coordinate closely with
site in-charges and execution teams
to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for all active projects.
Review project progress reports and site updates, take corrective measures in case of delays or deviations.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and estimation teams to support project execution.
Act as a central point of contact between corporate office and site execution teams.
Ensure safety, statutory, and quality compliance as per client and internal standards.
Prepare and submit regular project MIS and reports to senior management.
Conduct periodic site visits for progress review and support.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years in managing Electrical & Instrumentation projects (preferably turnkey/multi-site).
Industry Preference:
EPC, Industrial Projects, Power, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure sectors.
Skills:

Strong project coordination and team management skills.
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting.
Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.
