PROJECT MANAGER

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects under Fixed Price or Managed Services commercial models.
• Define project scope, success criteria, deliverables, milestones, and governance structure.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, estimations, work breakdown structures, and resource schedules.
• Track delivery progress, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation.
• Drive adherence to SLAs, service levels, KPIs, and contractual obligations in managed services engagements.
• Own project P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Ensure healthy margins in fixed‑price programs through disciplined scope and change management.
• Provide timely and structured communication through dashboards, status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates.
• Manage change requests, negotiate impact, and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, architects, QA, operations, and support personnel.
• Coordinate onsite/offshore teams effectively for distributed delivery models.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10–15 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, cloud platforms.
• Exposure to project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, Asana, etc.).
• Expertise in project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk/issue management, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑handling abilities.
• Exposure to Travel domain is good to have.
