Role & responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling:

• Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
  
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams.
  
• Define resources and timelines for project stages.
  

• Execution & Site Coordination:

• Supervise all civil work at the site and ensure work is progressing as per plan.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site supervisors.
  

• Team Leadership:

• Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
  
• Allocate tasks and ensure team adherence to project goals.
  

• Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and vendors.
  
• Attend project review meetings and provide regular updates.
  

• Quality Assurance & Safety:

• Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to standards.
  
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks with the team.
  

• Material & Vendor Management:

• Monitor material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.
  
• Evaluate and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
  

• Billing & Documentation:

• Verify measurements and ensure timely billing and documentation.
  
• Maintain records related to project progress, materials, and labor.
