Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a Project & Operations Specialist who is highly skilled in Excel, project management, and operational execution. This role requires an analytical, tech-savvy professional who can efficiently handle data, automation, project planning, budgeting, and execution while also managing executive-level responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work directly under the MD, assisting with project execution, data management, reporting, and internal coordination. Training will be provided, but prior experience in operations and technology is required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Excel & Data Management Advanced Excel expert (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros, Data Analysis). Automate and optimize Excel-based workflows for efficiency. Extract and process data from multiple sources for reporting. Project & Operations Management Handle end-to-end project tracking using My task easy, Teams and Outlook. Project planning, budgeting, assigning tasks, and initiating projects. Streamline and optimize business operations for efficiency. Assist in workflow execution, process improvements, and documentation. Technology & Software Handling Work with business and workflow automation tools to improve productivity. Executive Assistance Manage meetings, schedules, and follow-ups for the MD. Assist with business reporting, email drafting, and internal communication. Represent the MDs office in small coordination tasks across departments. Qualifications & Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or data analysis. Proficiency in Excel (Advanced Formulas, Macros, VBA, Automations). Experience using Mytask for project management. Strong English communication skills (written & verbal). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Experience in workflow automation & software handling is a plus. Note : For optimal efficiency and collaboration, candidates residing near the office location or willing to relocate will be given preference .
