We are looking for a versatile and detail-focused team player who excels at multitasking, consistently produces high-quality work, and meets deadlines reliably. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage BIM-based project execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards - Supervise and support the MEP BIM team by providing training, resolving technical issues, and optimizing workflows - Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand BIM requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations - Implement and maintain quality control processes in compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards - Stay updated on BIM trends and tools, evaluating new technologies and fostering continuous learning within the team **Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:** - B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering - 8-10 years of relevant work experience - Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software - Team player with strong communication skills in English - Proactive in collaborating with managers and leads to achieve specified work targets At Advenser, a global engineering service provider specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM), CAD, and design support services, we have over a decade of experience in delivering value-driven solutions.
