Project Lead/ Engineering Manager (Search & Match)

Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in search technologies like Elasticsearch and Solr, and search optimization techniques. - Strong backend development skills using ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL, and microservices architecture. - Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching tools (Redis). - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with database performance tuning and indexing for SQL and NoSQL databases. - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
