Project Execution - Kolkata

As a Project Execution professional at RELT-RealtyKolkata, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Execution and Finishing: Conduct Mivan Shuttering checking for line, level & plumb, execute water proofing, and coordinate with MEP Activities. - Billing Certification: Certify all vendors" bills and handle WO Amendment. - Material Selection: Play a key role in selecting materials for the project. - Stakeholder Management: Conduct meetings with all stakeholders and manage them effectively throughout the project. - Document Control: Ensure proper control of project drawings and SOP documents. - Quantity Verification: Cross-check and verify estimated quantities for bills and manpower requirements. - Coordination with Architects & Consultants: Collaborate closely with them to resolve technical difficulties. - Sample Flat & Finishing Activities: Involve in creating sample flats and finishing tower flats. - Reporting & Planning: Provide daily reports to the line manager and plan activities for the upcoming days. - Quality Assurance: Ensure quality work is carried out following standard procedures. - Documentation: Prepare various documents such as DPR, WPR, Checklist, Pour card, Roster for pouring, etc. - Rcc Work: Take responsibility for Rcc work and communicate effectively with consultants and architects for technical issues. - Resource Management: Arrange resources and materials required for execution. - Daily Planning: Plan day-to-day activities in alignment with the project schedule. Your minimum qualification requirement for this role is a GRADUATE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING.,
