Project Engineer

Job Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end execution and coordination of STP, WTP and ETP projects, from initial planning and site assessment to installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and supervise STP/WTP/ETP project execution, including installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

* Prepare BOQs, procurement sheets and material requirements for mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.

* Plan and coordinate STP retrofitting, upgradation and modification works based on site requirements.

* Review process drawings, P&IDs, layouts and equipment details and coordinate site execution accordingly.

* Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical and piping activities at project sites.

* Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Vendors, Technicians and Clients for smooth project execution.

* Conduct site visits, site assessments and technical meetings with clients and internal teams.

* Coordinate material procurement, dispatch, installation, testing and commissioning activities.

* Support troubleshooting of pumps, aeration systems, control panels, pipelines and other electro-mechanical equipment.

* Maintain technical knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, SBR, MBBR, Bio-Hybrid and Jet Aeration systems.

* Monitor project progress, resolve site issues and ensure timely snag closure and project completion.

* Prepare project updates, site reports and commissioning/handover documentation.
