Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project execution for our civil construction projects. This role requires close coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in civil construction
• Familiarity with residential or commercial building projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction planning tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Coordinate site operations, material delivery, and vendor interactions
• Maintain project tracking reports and update documentation
• Monitor daily work progress, prepare MIS reports, and escalate delays or risks
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on-site
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
