Job Description

Job Role:

  • Candidate must have interior and civil knowledge.
  • Preparation of BOQ (Bill of quantity).
  • Collecting quotes from different vendors for new projects and making accurate comparison among them.
  • Should able to read drawings and layouts.
  • Good knowledge in excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preparation of presentation.
  • Daily follow ups with regional team and get updated status on running projects.
  • Timely completion of projects by coordinating with regional team and vendor.
  • Maintaining Data like work orders, Purchase orders and photos (during project in completion stage and complete site handover).
