Project Co-Ordinator/Specialist

Job Description: You will be working as a Project Coordinator/Specialist at Synedyne Systems, collaborating with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to ensure the successful delivery of projects according to customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, transition, and closure. - Coordinate with system, supply chain, Quality Assurance (QA), and manufacturing engineering teams to deliver high-quality products within the specified timeline and budget, ensuring all necessary features and functionalities are included. - Lead project execution by providing teams with the required product and technical specifications and resources, setting realistic timelines for project completion. - Ensure compliance with all cross-functional standards and Quality Management System (QMS) regulations throughout the product development process. - Proactively identify and resolve complex integration issues, guiding the team to fulfill project commitments. - Plan and track project activities, escalating and resolving any obstacles to progress. - Follow up on action items at the project level and maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issue logs, and risk management plans. - Collaborate with internal teams to address project requirements, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. - Contribute to process, method, and tool improvements as part of continuous enhancement cycles. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management. - Familiarity with the Embedded product development lifecycle and Agile methodology. - Basic knowledge of project management principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, and understanding of ASPICE processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and projects. - Willingness to engage, challenge, and work cooperatively with others.
