Project Closure Specialist - Project Controller - Controlling Capability Center

Role Overview: As a Finance Business Partner at Hitachi Energy, you will be responsible for advising and supporting the business in areas related to future state financial performance. This includes providing forward-looking financial insight into market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios. Your role will involve interpreting financial results and measures in the context of business operations, improving the quality of internal and external financial data, and driving business decision-making and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure uniform implementation and adherence to project controlling activities based on instructions from HBL, GPG, BL, and Company. - Support PMO managers in establishing and promoting standardized project management practices, methodologies, and processes to enhance project execution efficiency and success rates. - Attend PMO projects/portfolio reviews/strategic meetings to align strategic objectives, drive performance, support sales, and implement risk mitigation strategies. - Track project financial progress, identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities to enable data-driven decision-making and maximize financial benefits. - Collaborate with HBL PMO and Operation manager to enhance project control, risk management, and accountability by providing comprehensive information on the segment project portfolio. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity in all actions, demonstrating responsibility for your own actions and caring for colleagues and the business. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate Degree. - More than 6 years of Project business controlling experience. - Expert knowledge of HE's FARM and Group Directives. - Leadership skills to manage different cultures and cross-functional leads. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
