Job Description

Position: Project Assistant – Site Support (Non-Technical) Automotives India is seeking a reliable and proactive Project Assistant to support the Project Manager at our factory construction site in Gamharia, Jamshedpur. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and in stock. Record daily labour attendance at the site. Procure small items required for the site office from local markets. Coordinate with local electricians, plumbers, sweepers, and other service providers to ensure smooth functioning and cleanliness of the site office. Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day tasks and site coordination. Follow up with material vendors, transporters, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery to the project site. Provide general support as needed for the progress of the construction project. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or any Graduate Non-technical background is acceptable Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and a smartphone Age: 25 to 35 years Should be able to join immediately or within 3–4 days Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Future Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the project, the candidate may be considered for a suitable position in the factory operations team, based on performance.
