Project Assistant

You should possess good communication skills and computer proficiency, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet activities. Professional phone etiquette and a customer service-oriented approach are essential for this role. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferable. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, resolving client inquiries, and reporting daily and monthly activities. You will work closely with the technical team to assist with daily planning and utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing regular reports on follow-up activities and sales outcomes for internal stakeholders.
